Chicken with Artichoke and Capers

One pound of chicken tenders with tendons removedTwo 14oz cans of artichoke heartsTwo 14oz cans of chicken stockCapers1 cup white wine2 tbls olive oil1/2 Milk1/4 cup Flour Salt Pepper
Dip the tenders in milk dredge in flour, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in pan brown chicken til juices run clear, remove and set aside.
Deglaze pan with wine, cook off alcohol, add the broth and simmer, cut artichokes into quarter and add, reduce to 3/4 of original volume. Add chicken and capers simmer til warm.
