Mushroom Marsala Pork

Ingredients
1 lb Pork Tenderloin, cut into 6 slices2 Tablespoons canola oil1 Large onion, diced3 cloves garlic, minced2 Cups mushrooms, sliced1/2 cup Marsala wine1/2 cup beef broth1 can Campbells GOLDEN Mushroom Soup (NOT regular mushroom soup!)
Directions
Brown pork in saute pan with oil, onions, & garlic. Remove pork from pan and deglaze with wine and broth. Let reduce by half. Add meat back into the pan along with the mushrooms. Cover and let simmer for about 10 minutes (or until juices run clear in the pork). Stir in the condensed soup and let it simmer for a few more minutes. Serve!
