Ingredients
1 Mango1/2 C soy milk (plain)1/2 C plain yogurt2 T honey1/4 t cardamom
Directions
Cut up and peel the mango. Put in blender with the rest of the ingredients and puree. Add ice on hot days to make a smoothie with more heft.
