Ingredients

    3 Ripe Bananas Medium Sized preferably Rajauri
    1/3 cup Sugar
    1 tbsp Ghee
    few strands of Saffron mixed in 1 tbsp water
    1 tspn cardamon powdered
    1 tbsp coconut powder

Tips

Can be stored in the fridge for around 3-4 days


Directions

- cut the bananas into thick round pieces
- heat the ghee in a shallow pan
- place the pieces 1 by 1 in the pan and let them cook without burning them on each side.
- Once done, pour the safron water.
- Put the sugar and coconut powder and a cup of water
- cook till the sugar melts and become a thick syrup
- Sprinkle the cardamom powder and serve hot or cold
