chicken & walnut salad

Ingredients
6 - 8 cups mixed greens1 cup mandarin oranges, drained1/2 red onion, thinly sliced1/2 lb. grilled chicken, cubed3 tbs. olive oil3 tbs. balsamic vinegar1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Combine the mixed greens, oranges and onion in a large bowl. Warm the chicken in the microwave for 1 minute; add to salad. In a separate bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar, salt, & pepper. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve immediately
