1 Can chick peas ( make sure you rinse the chick peas untill they water runs clear)1 or 2 cloves or garlic ( depending on your liking of garlic)3 tablespoons Tahini1/2- 1 lemon squeezedSalt and Peper to taste
Directions
put all the ingredients into the blender and blend untill mixed and a smooth texture
