Grilled Turkey Sandwich

Ingredients
Whole grain breadTurkeyCheeseTomatoMustardSpray butter
Directions
Heat a non-stick skillet over med-heat and spray lightly with pam. S[ray one side of each piece of bread with butter (10 sprays each) and put one into the pan. Squirt mustard onto bread in pan and top with turkey folded to fit the bread. Slice tomato thin and put on top of turkey (sprinkle with s&p if you wish). Put cheese on top of tomato and top with last piece of bread. Flip when bottom is golden brown (you may have to support it with your hand so it doesn't fall apart). Cook side 2 until golden brown also and enjoy.
