Ingredients
Tofu, extra firm, 1 block *Slice into 10 pieces*Lay slices out in a pan to marinate*Combine the following & pour over tofu:Rice Vinegar, Seasoned, 2 tbsp Tamari 2.5 tbsp (holds flavor better than Soy Sauce but use either)Toasted Sesame Oil, 1.5 tbsp Let tofu marinate and than either broil or bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Also can be eaten raw or sauteed.
