Savory Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef1/4 cup chopped onion12 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained8 oz. can tomato sauce1 cup cooked rice1/4 cup A-1 Steak Sauce1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper6 large green peppers
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. In a skillet, over medium heat, brown meat and cook onion until done; drain well. Return meat to the skillet and stir in corn, tomato sauce, rice, steak sauce, and pepper; set aside. Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds. Spoon meat mixture into the peppers, arrange in a 9-inch square baking pan and bake for 25 minutes. Serving size - 1 pepper.
