Apple Pear Crisp

Ingredients
3 - pears, peel and slice1 - apple, peel and slice1/4 tsp - cinnamon1/4 tsp - Splenda No Calorie Sweetenera pinch of Nutmeg1/2 cup - Quaker Oats 1 Minute1/2 cup - All Purpose Flour!/4 cup - Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1 tsp. - cinnamon1/4 cup - Becel Light Margarine (or any light margarine)
Directions
Peal and slice pears and apple and place in a small bowl. Add the splenda and cinnamon and toss to coat. Place in a 1.5 L casserole dish.

In a small bowl add oats, splenda brown sugar blend, flour, cinnamon and margarine. Mix together until little ballls form or until fully mixed.
Sprinkle on top of apple.pear slices.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes or until the fruit is tender. Enjoy!
Makes 4 - 1 cup servings.

    This turned out really yummy- I think because my pears were super, super ripe which added some extra sweetness. It is also the perfect size which makes for better portion control!! - 10/27/11
