Cran-Raisin Scones

2 cups flour2 tsp baking powder1/4 stick butter, cut into chunks and chilled2 Tbsp. sugar1/2 cup raisins1/4 cup dried cranberries1/2-3/4 cup low-fat milk
Makes 8 scones.
In a food processor, mix together flour and baking powder. Add in chilled butter and pulse until crumbly. Add in sugar and pulse.
Transfer mixture to bowl. Stir in raisins and dried cranberries. Slowly stir small amounts of milk just until dough comes together in a sticky ball (you may not use all of the milk).
Break dough into 8 equal pieces. Bake on a greased baking sheet for 16 minutes at 400 degrees.
