Ingredients
1 container 32 oz Fat Free Cottage Cheese1 small container of Free Cool Whip1 packet of instant Sugar Free Jello (your favorite flavor)1 can of Fruit Cocktail in low sugar or sugar free syrop.
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together. Choose your favorite flavor for Jello. I love using Black Cherry one and I also add a can of Sugar Free Black Cherries.
Enjoy chilled.
Very satisfying and has no fat and very little sugar. Packed with protein.
