Ingredients
Tilapia filetLemon juiceMcCormick Salt Free Garlic and Herb SeasoningSalt/Pepper
Directions
Put just a touch of salt and pepper on both sides and place on stick free pan. Put a few drops of lemon juice on the top and sprinkle with Garlic Seasoning. If unfrozen, broil for a few minutes, flip it and broil for a few more. You want the fish flaky.

If the filet is frozen, I typically do 5 minutes or so per side until flaky.

I love this recipe because if I forget to take something out to dethaw, I can still have it done within 15-20 minutes along with a side.

    I made this with Citrus Grill Seasoning (I think it is McCormick's) instead of the Garlic and Herb. It was really yummy and quick. - 10/8/09
