Twice Baked New Potatoes

4 new potatoes1/2 package of Hidden Valley Ranch mix1/2 cup fat-free sour cream3 oz. cheddar cheese 2%
Microwave the new potatoes until soft (about 8 minutes). Cut in half and scoop out insides (leave a little around the edges). Mix the potato flesh, sour cream, and Ranch mix together and place back into potato skins. Top with a little cheddar cheese and back at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
