Pork with Cranberries

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil1 pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices1 medium onion, chopped1 clove garlic, crushed3/4 cup apple juice1/2 cup cranberry juice1 tbsp granulatd sugar1/2 tsp rosemary, dried or fresh1/2 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen2 tsp dijion mustard
Directions
Put olive oil in skillet over med. heat. Add pork slices and cook for aprox. 5 min. per side; remove and cover to keep warm. Add onion nad garlic to same skillet and cook until onions are tender. Stir in juices and remaining ingredients. Increase heat to med-high and bring sauce to a boil to reduce liquid by half. Return pork to the pan and reheat. Serve immediately with sauce.
