1 Whole Egg and 1 Egg Whiteabout 6-8 spinach leaves (depending on how much you like spinach)1 1/2 TBS feta cheese1/4 cup milk2 TBS chopped hamI like to blend it all together then scramble. Tastes like a great omelet but easier to do.
