Chicken curry

Ingredients
500 grams chicken thigh, no skin, no bones1 big onion., peeled1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed2 tbsp curry powder6 tbsp coconut milklittle watersalt and pepper1 tbsp white flour
Directions
Fry onion and garlic in a little oil
Add curry powder, stir till cooked but not burnt.
Cube chicken and add, seer with garlic and onion
Add seasoning
Add coconut milk and little water
Let it simmer for 35 - 40 minutes
To thicken, add flour and cook through.
Serve on rice with spinach and cucumber sambal.
