Jalapeno Cheese Cornbread Pie

Ingredients
1 box jiffy corn muffin/bread mix1 medium egg6 Tbsp fat-free sourcream1/2 c 2% milk shredded Mexican blend cheese1/4 c old el paso sliced jalapenos, drainedHalf of 1/3 c organic skim milk
Directions
Spray glass pie plate with Pam; Preheat oven to 400
Combine muffin mix, milk, sour cream and egg; mix until well blended and smooth
Stir in cheese and jalapenos; Let sit 5 minutes before pouring into glass pie plate

Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes
