4 oz Black Angus 90% lean Ground Beef pattySara Lee Delightful Whole Wheat Bread (2 slices per serv), 1 serving 4 slices Dill Pickles 1 tsp Yellow Mustard, or 1 packet 1/2 T. Ketchup 3 large Mushrooms, fresh2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 dashes of salt2 dashes of pepper1 slice fresh tomato 1 leaf lettuce
put olive oil in frying pan. add sliced mushroom. fry until golden brown. while the mushrooms are cooking season the hamburger patty with salt and pepper. Put on the BBQ grill and grill until done. about 6 - 8 minutes 3-4 minutes on each side)
Prepare the lettuce, tomato, pickle on the bread when hamburger is done, put it on the slice of bread with the lettuce tomato and pickle, top with mustard, ketchup and mushrooms, and other slice of bread. cut in half and share!
