* Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Rice Protein, 4 tbsp (remove) * Reduced Sugar Fruits of the Forest Spread (Cherries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Red Currants), 10 tbsp (remove)
Pour everything into an ice cream maker. If you use protein powder it probably needs stirring in to keep it from floating on top.
