Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground turkey.5 lb ground sirloin2 cups fresh spinach.5 cup chopped onion1 garlic clove1 cup breadcrumbs, seasoned 1 egg yolkglaze:1 tbsp ketchup1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Sweat onion and garlic in pan with small amount of cooking spray. Add any fresh herbs or other seasonings to taste. Add spinach and wilt. Add spinach onion mix to meats, crumbs and yolk and mix. Form loaf on flat baking tray or large pyrex dish. Cover the loaf with the glaze mixture. Cook uncovered in 375 degree oven for 40 minutes. Finish cooking with a loose covering of foil until inner temp reaches recommended degree, usually another 20 minutes. Reglaze if desired and serve hot!
