Bodybuilding Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup dry quick oats (uncooked)5 egg whitesTop with sugar free syrup
Directions
Combine the 1/2 cup dry quick oats and 5 egg whites in a bowl.

Mix up with a spoon till the oats are mixed with the egg whites.

Heat up a non stick pan. I don't use a spray but you can spray with a non stick spray.

pour into pan in round shapes like pancakes (makes 4-5).

Once they are able to flip over, flip them and cook on the other side till they are lightly brown and the egg whites are not runny.

Put on a plate and top with the sugar free syrup.

Makes 1 serving. High in complex slow burning carbs and protein. Great for breakfast or meal before working out.
