Savory Vegetable Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
4-4 1/2 cups water2 cups brown rice2 cups sliced mushrooms2-3 stalks celery, dicedonion, choppedgarlic, minced (2-3 cloves2 tsps savory2 tsps basil1 tsp cumin
Directions
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add rice and cook covered for 1/2 hour

Spray large pan with Pam or other non-fat spray. Sautee onions, garlic, mushrooms, celery.
add herbs.

when rice is almost done (still some water in pot) add to vegetables in pan - pour pan ingredients into casserole dish and bake covered for a further 1/2 hour on 350.
