Savory Kale

Ingredients
1 bunch kale, chopped1/4 cup minced onion1/2 jalapeno pepper, minced1/2 tbsp coconut oil1/2 tbsp butter1 1/2 tbsp tamari sauce1/2 tbsp vinegar
Directions
Makes 4 (1/2 cup) servings
Preheat the oil and butter over medium heat
Add onions and peppers, saute until translucent
Add chopped kale and continue to cook, while you fold the kale from the bottom of the pan
Add tamari soy sauce and vinegar
Heat through and serve
