easy spaghetti squash

Ingredients
1/2 large spaghetti squash1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes1 1/2 tbsp parsley
Directions
pierce squash several times. microwave on high 7-8 minutes.
discard seeds, using fork- scrape insides of squash to form strands. Place in bowl, combine with other ingredients.
microwave on high 2 min more or until heated through
