Ingredients
1 lb. fresh asparagus2 tbs. olive oil2-3 cloves garlic minced
Directions
Trim asparagus to tender point. Place on baking sheet. coat with oil, garlic and salt & pepper to taste. Cook in 450 degree oven bottom shelf for 10 -15 minutes until crispy tender. turning occasionally until golden brown.
