Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Beef, round steak, 2 lb Onions, raw, 2 largeMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, .1-1/2 teasponsRed Wine, 1 cupSwanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, .5 cup1/teaspoon salt/14 teaspoon fresh black pepper
add oil to skillet saute the round steak, remove beef add onions and mushrooms saute remove and set aside . Return beef to skillet, sprinkle in flour salt and pepper. Stri in red wine and broth bring to a boil
reduce and simmer for one hour or until tender and the onion/mushroom mixture and coolkuntil heated throughly
