1 can (15 oz.) 100% Pure Pumpkin, chilled1 can (12 fl. oz.) Evaporated Fat Free Milk, chilled1 cup (6 oz.) vanilla light and nonfat yogurt4 packets stevia sweetener1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice4 Scoops EAS 100% Whey Protein
Directions
Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, yogurt, sweetener and pumpkin pie spice in blender. Blend until mixture is smooth.
