Awesome 3-Bean Salad

Ingredients
-1 can black beans-1 can great northern beans-1 can red kidney beans-2 stalks celery-Handful of baby carrots (about 3 oz.)-1 white onion, peeled-1/4 c. balsamic vinegar-1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil-Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
-Put all of the beans in a colander and rinse well to remove brine. Once drained, put in mixing bowl (which can double as serving dish).

-Cut the ends off the onion, peel it, and cut in half. Place in food processor and process to a fine dice. Dump results into mixing bowl.

-Do the same for the celery and carrots: If needed, cut into small enough pieces to fit into food processor, process into fine dice, then dump into mixing bowl.

-Add remaining ingredients, and mix well.

-Voila! Enjoy your delicious three-bean salad.
