Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
3 cups broccoli florets3 slices bacon1/4 c. red onion2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese6 tbsp. slaw dressing
Directions
Steam broccoli making sure to keep nice bright green color. Run cooked broccoli under cold water to stop the cooking and allow to cool for 5-7 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. It's a delicious way to get your veggies
