healthy sangria

Ingredients
1 cup chilled pomegranate juice1 bottle Rioja or Beaujolais red wine chilled1 cup orange juice1/2 cup seedless red grapes, frozen1 orange, thinly sliced1 lime thinly sliced1 cup seltzer or club soda, chilled
Directions
combine first 6 ingredients in large pitcher, Let chill in fridge for 1 hour. Stir in seltzer and pour into ice-filled glasses
