Quick Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
4 slices bread1 lb. bulk or link sausage1 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated6 eggs2 c milk1 t. dry mustard (optional)1 tsp. salt and pepper
Directions
1. Tear up bread slices and place in greased baking dish 13" x 9" x 2".
2. Brown sausage, drain fat and spoon over bread.
3. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
4. Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper and pour over mixture in baking dish.
5. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 min. The cheese will rise to the top.
You can prepare this the night before, covered and refrigerated. Cook the next morning.
