Turkey Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients
2 lbs ground turkey1 tsp ground ginger1 1/2 tsp salt1 1/4 tsp dried sage1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Makes 8 patties
Heat skillet over medium heat, coat with small amount of oil (optional)
Mix turkey with spices until well combined
Form into patties and cook on both sides until cooked through, about 15 minutes

    LOVE this! I add a bit of worchestershire, some garlic, rosemary, and thyme. And I substitute paprika for cayenne pepper since I don't have any. It's amazing! - 4/24/12
