Tomatoe Mozzarella snack

Ingredients
1 tomatoea few thin slices of onion3 or 4 tbs of parsleyred wine or balsamic vinegar1 oz low fat shredded mozzarellablack ground pepper
Directions
This is so easy for a quick snack or serve as an appetizer at parties! All you do is slice the tomatoe thin, and arrange it on a small plate. Top with a few thin slices of onion, generous amount of parsley and sprinkle with a little vinegar (I used red wine vinegar, but balsamic would work just as well). Top with 1 oz of shredded mozzarella and a little ground black pepper and voila!!!
