Yummy Chili

1 lb ground beef1 small onion, diced1 tsp chopped garlic2 stalks celery, chopped1 large red pepper,diced1 small green pepper, diced1 16oz can diced tomatoes1 10oz can baked beans1 10oz can niblets corn, drained1 small can tomato paste1 tbsp extra virgin olive oilchili powder to taste
In a large deep skillet with a lid, saute onion, celery and peppers in olive oil over medium heat until slightly soft. Add garlic and ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
Add diced tomatoes, baked beans, tomato paste and corn, stirring to mix. Season with chili powder. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occassionally. Can also be transferred to crock pot to cook on low for up to 8 hours.
