BBQ Pork Chops

Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (roasts), boneless, separable lean only, 13 oz (6 small psc)Barbecue Sauce, 8 fl ozOnions, raw, 10 rings Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbspGarlic powder, 1 tsp
Pound pork to make it tender.
Spray cooking tray with non-stick spray.
Put pork on it and spread BBQ sauce on top.
Fry onions with olive oil till golden and put them on meat. Mix parmesan cheese and garlic powder and sprinkle roasts.
Prehit oven and bake for 15 min ( medium heat)
Makes 3 servings. Or 6 roasts 161 kal. each.
