Applesauce Oatmeal cookies

Whole Wheat FlourGranulated SugarLight Brown SugarBaking SodaBaking PowderVanillaSaltEggButterApplesauceOatsRaisins
Preheat oven to 375 and grease cookie sheet (I used olive oil spray)
Mix dry ingredients together in bowl #1, set aside
Mash sugars and butter together with a fork in bowl #2
Make a hole in the side of your sugar mixture and whisk the egg, once whisked, mix vanilla and applesauce in.
Add wet ingredients to dry, adding oats and raisins slowly.
Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet, baking for 8-10 minutes.
Yields about 2 dozen 2 inch cookies.
