Chickpeas with Vegetables

Ingredients
* Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 870 grams * Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped * Garlic, 6 clove, crushed * Carrots, raw, 3 large, shredded * Zucchini, 100 grams, thinly sliced * Sunflower Oil, 1 tbsp * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 10 tomato * Pepper, black, 1 tsp * Salt, 4 tsp * Paprika, 1 tbs *Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
2. Fry chopped onions until they become golden
3. Add crushed garlic and shredded carrots and fry it until it softens
4. Add sliced tomato and cook for several minutes
5. Add zucchini and beans and boiling water to cover, and cook everything 30 minutes
