Turkey Breast with Bulgur and Feta Cheese

3 lb turkey roast1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp dried oregano 1 cup uncooked bulgur3 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp dried oregano1/4 tsp pepper4 medium green onions, sliced2 garlic cloves1 can chicken broth (14.5 oz)1/4 cup black, kalamata, or greek olives1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1. Sprinkle turkey with salt and 1/2 tsp oregano. mix remaining ingredients except olives and cheese in 3.5-6 qt slow cooker. Place turkey on top.
2. Cover and cook on low heat setting 4 to 5 hours or until juice of turkey is no longer pink when center is cut. Remove turkey from cooker; cut into slices.
3. Stir olives and cheese into bulgur mixture. Serve with turkey.
