Goulash with Ground Beef

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground beef8 oz. macaroni1/2 c. Green Pepper chopped1/2 c. Onion1 Can Tomato SauceSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta as directed. Drain and set aside.
Brown ground beef. Add green pepper and onion. Cook until they are tender but still crisp. Add tomato sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Add pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes approximately 6- 1 1/4 c. servings.

    This was ok, it was kind of bland. I didn't have alot to embellish with, but I did make it with whole wheat mac to make it healthier. - 12/5/09

    This recipe is very close to what I make except that I add mushrooms, corn, peas, black beans and chopped tomato. Whatever I have in the fridge. Is great on rice, potato or pasta or just with cooked veggies on the side. - 7/19/09
