Rhubarb, 8 cup, diced Granulated Sugar, .875 cup Flour, white, .75 cup Butter, unsalted, 6 tbsp Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed Oats, 1 cup Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp
In a large bowl, mix chopped rhubarb with 1/4 C. of the flour and all the granulated (white) sugar. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients and rub between fingertips to form a crumbly mix. Pour rhubarb mixture into 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle crumbly mix over the top, and bake for 40 minutes at 400°F.
