roasted tomato w shrimp and feta

Ingredients
5-6 tomatoes cut into eiths3 T olive oil2 T minced garlic3/4 tsp salt and pepper( optional)1 to 11/2 lb of medium shrimp ( shell off and cleaned)1 cup crumbled feta2 T lemon juice1/2 cup chopped parsley
Directions
Bake in the oven at 450
Put tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in oven proof dish and mix thoroughly. Bake for 20 min.
Remove from oven, add raw shrimp, parsley and lemon juice, Mix again and cover w crumbled feta and place back in oven for 10-15 min until shrimp is done. serve with french bread or over spaghetti.
