Low(er) Calorie Chocolate Lava Muffin

Ingredients
2 tablespoons Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt43 grams (1/12th box) Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Devil's Food Cake Mix1 teaspoon Egg Beaters4 Ghiradelli Bittersweet Chocolate Chips 60% cacao1 tablespoon Jello Brand Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Cup.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Prepare muffin tin I use the big boy muffin tin with 6 muffins, amount may not fit in a 'normal' muffin tin or muffin cup. I spray very lightly with baking cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT jello pudding, adding enough water to make it the consistency of pudding.
Pour (scrape and spoon) the mixture into a muffin tin.
Use a spoon to push a little divot/depression in the top of the batter and drop in the tablespoon of jello pudding.
Back for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Let cool until warm to the touch but not hot. Plate and eat. A shot of fat free redi-whip goes well or a dusting of powdered sugar (neither of those is included in the calorie count here.)

Just like a chocolate lava cake without all the guilt.
