Italian Breaded chicken

Ingredients
5 chicken tenders (flash frozen type-defrosted)1/4 cup of Italian Seasoned bread Crumbs1 Tbsp of Good Seasonings Italian Dry Dressing Mix1 egg white, beaten2 Tbsp of Olive OilSalt & Pepper
Directions
Heat the Olive Oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Place the bread crumbs and seasoning mix in a zip lock bag. Dip the tenders into the egg and then put int he bag, shake to coat. Brown the tenders in the pan, flip to brown other side, cover and cook until done. Drain on paper towels if needed.

Makes 2 servings (2.5 tenders each)
