Katy's Favorite Portabella Pita

Ingredients
1 portabella mushroom2 Tbsp Ken's Steakhouse Balsamic and Basil Vinaigrette1 cup fresh spinach1/2 cup of diced cucumber1 Diced Roma pr Plum Tomato1/4 cup crimbled feta cheese1 whole wheat pitared leaf lettuce
Directions
Clean the mushroom and brush with the Balsamic and Basil Vinaigrette. Grill on both sides about 5-6 minutes each side, until tender. If you prefer, you can also cook the mushroom on the stove top. Toast the pita. Serve the mushroom on or in the pita, and top with spinach, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, feta and the remaining dressing.
