Breakfast Rice

Ingredients
1 slice of Turkey Bacon1/4 cup of scallions1 egg1/2 cup of brown ricechicken brothsoy saucepepper
Directions
Chop bacon and scallions. Saute until bacon is done. Move bacon and scallions to edge of the pan, add egg and scramble. Add brown rice, chicken broth, soy sauce and black pepper. Once broth is reduced, the rice is done.

    I imagine you cook the egg and add to the rice, which has been cooked with the other ingredients. Would that be accurate? It sounds like a good breakfast! - 6/3/09
