Parmesan rice, veggies, chicken & turkey sausage

Ingredients
Kirkland canned chicken breast, 4 ozHillshire Farm Turkey Kielbasa, 7 ozShredded Colby and Montery Jack cheese, 0.33 cupCauliflower, cooked, 1 cupDel Monte Cut Green Beans No Salt Added, 1 canCarrots, canned, 1 can (chopped)Dill weed, dried, .25 tspParmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbspPepper, black, 1 dashGarlic powder, .25 tspOnion powder, .25 tspMinute Rice, 1.5 cup (cooked amount)
Directions
Chop the vegetables into smaller pieces. Slice the turkey sausage into small bites. Combine all ingredients in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat until fully heated. Makes between 5 and 5 1/2 cups. Serving size is 3/4 cup.
