Danielle's Simple Turkey Stew

Ingredients
1 small onion (chopped)6 cloves of garlic (minced)3 green chile's or canned1 Tbl of olive oil2 cups chicken or turkey broth1 can black beans, rinced1 can of corn (reduced sodium)1 zuccini (green) chopped1 can of diced tomatoes2 cups of cooked chopped turkey1 tsp ground cuminSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 6 (1 cup) servings

Saute the onion, add the garlic and the chile in a large pot. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes, until zuccini is soft.
