Ingredients
500 grams lean ground beef8 hard boiled eggs one fresh egg one glove garlic one onion sliced 8 rashes low fat bacon
Directions
put beef onion garlic and fresh egg in kitchen whiz and process on high till well mixed about 3 mins.Put bacon rasher out flat put aboyt one tablespoon of meat mixture in bacon put boiled egg on top put another measure of meat mixture on top ot egg and use bacon to wrap egg up so no boiled egg is showing.repeat eight times .Place on baking tray and cook for about 30 minutes loverly hot or cold great with green leafy salad
