4 Fillets of Salmon 2 Leaves of Sorrel.5 cup Walnuts2 Tbsp Olive OilsaltpepperPam spray if needed
Wash Salmon & preheat oven to 350.
In food processor place Sorrell, Walnuts, Salt, Pepper & Olive Oil. Make into a paste-like consistency. Place Salmon in dish skin side down, or if using steaks, spay bottom of pan and place fleshy side up. Lightly coat salmon with walnut paste and place in over to bake. Bake for about 25-30 mins or until salmon flakes easily. If you would prefer to grill salmon, place salmon in a tinfoil wrap and place on grill for about 15-20 mins.
